Team
T.E. Niko Isaacs
Founder- Managing Partner
Niko Isaacs is General Partner and Investment Manager of Domenari Alpha Fund, a BVI-US master-feeder algorithmic hedge fund specializing in data-driven strategies. Niko has over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience in software, telecom, real estate, and finance.
In 2012, he founded Domenari Capital, co-founding and becoming the second-largest investor in IG Copper with Freeport McMoRan, executing a management buyout of the Malmyzh copper/gold deposit in Russia. He restructured to Puerto Rico under Act 20 in 2016, focusing on investment banking, commodities, and algorithmic trading; facilitated a $200M sale of IG Copper to Russian Copper Company in 2018. Developing proprietary trading software and expert advisor bots, he launched Domenari Alpha Fund to share his systems. Holding advanced degrees in Applied Mathematics from West Virginia State University and West Virginia University, he leads the fund’s innovative algorithmic strategies.
